Welcome to Unshackled Soul.
These Terms of Service explain what you are purchasing, how our readings and AI Companion work, what this service is and is not, and the rules that apply when you use our products, readings, tools, and digital experiences.
By purchasing, accessing, or using The Soul Blueprint Reading, the Soul Blueprint Companion, any Expansion Reading, Depth Codes add-on, membership feature, digital product, or related Unshackled Soul service, you agree to these Terms.
The Soul Blueprint Reading is a personalized, computer-generated interpretive document based on the birth details, intake information, and other data you provide.
The Soul Blueprint Companion is an AI navigation tool grounded in your blueprint. It is designed to help you explore, reflect on, and apply the themes in your reading.
Depending on your purchase, the Companion may be included as part of your reading, membership, or separate access experience.
Optional products, including Expansion Readings, the Depth Codes add-on, additional companion access, future readings, workshops, or memberships, are separate purchases unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Unshackled Soul products, readings, and Companion responses are reflective, symbolic, interpretive, and educational in nature.
They may draw from or reference symbolic traditions and interpretive systems, including but not limited to:

The Soul Blueprint Reading, Soul Blueprint Companion, Expansion Readings, Depth Codes, and related materials are not intended to:

The Soul Blueprint Reading and Soul Blueprint Companion use AI-supported generation and interpretation.
Your reading and Companion responses may be generated from computed chart data, birth details, intake responses, symbolic systems, and internal Unshackled Soul frameworks.
AI can make mistakes.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, inconsistent, or misaligned with your lived experience.
Companion responses are interpretations, perspectives, and reflective prompts. They are not facts about you.
You are responsible for using your own judgment when reading, interpreting, applying, or acting on any content provided by Unshackled Soul or the Companion.
We do not guarantee that the reading or Companion will be error-free, complete, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate.
To generate your reading, you may be asked to provide information such as:
You are responsible for providing accurate information.
Birth time, birth location, spelling, dates, and other details may affect the reading. If you provide inaccurate, incomplete, or uncertain information, your reading may reflect those limitations.
If a birth time is unknown or approximate, the reading may still be generated, but certain timing, house-based, lunar, or system-specific interpretations may be less precise.
Unshackled Soul is not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you.
Access to your reading, Companion, or membership features may be provided through private links, email delivery, a portal, or another access method.
You are responsible for keeping your private links, login credentials, and access information secure.
Do not share your private access links with others.
You are responsible for any access, use, misuse, or activity that occurs through a link or account you share.
You may be able to rotate or request a new private link if needed. Contact us if you believe your access link has been compromised.
Membership features, if applicable, may be subject to:
We may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue certain access features as needed to maintain the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, or update the offering.
Some Companion features, expanded access, future readings, or ongoing services may be offered through a subscription or membership.
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the price, billing frequency, and terms shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
If a payment fails, access may be paused, suspended, or cancelled until payment is updated.
Because Soul Blueprint Readings, Expansion Readings, Depth Codes, and related personalized digital goods are generated specifically for you, all sales are final once your reading has been generated, delivered, or made available.
If something goes wrong on our end, such as failed delivery, a technical error that prevents access, or a duplicate charge, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to make it right.

Your personalized Soul Blueprint Reading is yours to keep and use for personal reflection.
However, Unshackled Soul retains ownership of all proprietary materials, frameworks, methods, language systems, prompts, software, tools, templates, training materials, and intellectual property used to create or deliver the reading and Companion.
This includes, but is not limited to:
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, license, publish, distribute, teach, train, adapt, or commercially exploit Unshackled Soul materials without written permission.
You may quote limited personal excerpts from your own reading for personal sharing, testimonial purposes, journaling, or private reflection, as long as you do not reproduce the full reading, framework, prompts, or methodology.
If you submit intake responses, feedback, testimonials, reviews, messages, or other content, you grant Unshackled Soul permission to use that content as needed to provide the service.
We will not publicly share your private birth information, full reading, or identifying intake details without your permission.
If you provide a testimonial and give permission for it to be shared, we may use your testimonial in marketing, sales pages, emails, social media, or other promotional materials.
We may edit testimonials for length, clarity, spelling, or formatting, but we will not knowingly change the meaning of your words.
Your use of Unshackled Soul services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.
Because readings and Companion access may involve birth data and personal reflection, please review the Privacy Policy carefully before purchasing.
Unshackled Soul may use third-party tools to deliver services, collect payments, manage access, generate AI content, send emails, host materials, or provide Companion functionality.
These may include payment processors, email platforms, AI platforms, hosting tools, form tools, analytics tools, or membership platforms.
We are not responsible for the acts, errors, downtime, privacy practices, policies, or failures of third-party platforms.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Unshackled Soul does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, breakthroughs, decisions, emotional changes, relationship changes, business results, parenting outcomes, financial improvements, health changes, or life changes.
Testimonials, examples, and stories reflect individual experiences and are not promises or guarantees of your results.
Your results depend on many factors, including your background, choices, circumstances, discernment, support systems, and how you interpret or apply the material.
We may update, modify, improve, pause, replace, or discontinue any part of the Soul Blueprint Reading, Companion, Expansion Readings, Depth Codes, membership features, or related services at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Technical issues, maintenance, third-party outages, payment issues, platform updates, or other factors may temporarily affect availability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unshackled Soul and its owners, contractors, partners, service providers, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the readings, Companion, products, services, or materials.
